No, our jewelry does not discolor or fade easily. At Roan Ross Jewelry, we use only high-quality materials such as premium stainless steel, silver-plated brass, and durable coatings. How do I know which size I need?

On every product on our website, you will find a handy size chart to help you determine the right size. We recommend reviewing this chart carefully before placing an order. How long does the shipping take?

Orders placed on a business day before 9:00 PM are shipped the same day and usually delivered the next business day. We ensure that your order is handed over to DHL on time. Please note that we have no control over any delays with the delivery service.

Do you want to receive your order the same day? Then choose Same Day Delivery! If you order before 11:00 AM and select this shipping option, your order is usually delivered the same day (for an additional fee).

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €100. For orders below this amount, we charge a standard shipping fee of €4.95.

Would you like to receive your order even faster? Then use our Same Day Delivery service. Order Monday through Friday before 11:00 AM, and receive your order the same day! The cost for this service is €9.95.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. We understand that you may sometimes change your mind, which is why we give you the opportunity to review the product at your leisure. Please note that the return shipping costs are at your own expense.

My order arrived damaged, what now?
