Return and refund policy
At Roan Ross Jewelry, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item according to the guidelines below.
Return conditions
- Return period: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
- Condition of the product: The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including all labels and packaging.
- Exceptions: Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return process
1. Registration: Send an email to Service@roanross.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Packaging: Carefully pack the item in the original packaging.
3. Shipping: Send the package to the return address you receive from us. Return costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund
- After receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method within 14 days.
- Any shipping costs for the outbound shipment will not be refunded, unless there is an error or defect on our part.
Defective or incorrectly delivered product?
Contact us within 7 days via Service@roanross.com if you have received a defective or incorrect item. We will then provide a suitable solution free of charge.
