General Terms and Conditions – Roan Ross Jewelry

Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Roan Ross Jewelry and to every distance contract concluded between Roan Ross Jewelry and the customer.

Article 3 – The offer
We do our best to describe our products as completely and accurately as possible. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind us.

Article 4 – The agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer places an order and receives a confirmation from us by email.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Exceptions: Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned.

Article 6 – Customer obligations during the reflection period
During the reflection period, you must handle the product and packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Article 7 – Returns
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to info@roanrossjewelry.nl. Return costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 8 – Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is made via the payment methods we offer on the website.

Article 9 – Delivery and execution
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1-3 business days. If a delivery is delayed, you will be notified in a timely manner.

Article 10 – Warranty and liability
We offer a warranty on manufacturing defects within a reasonable period. Damage caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty. Roan Ross Jewelry is not liable for damage resulting from misuse of our products.

Article 11 – Complaints procedure
Do you have a complaint? Please contact us at Service@roanross.com. We will process your complaint as soon as possible.

Article 12 – Disputes
These terms are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
