Delivery Time & Processing*
We do our utmost to process your order as quickly as possible.  

- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.  
- During busy periods (such as holidays or promotions) it may take a little longer.  
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email.

Shipping Costs  
- Within the Netherlands: €4.95 
- Belgium: €4.95 
- Free shipping from €150

Delivery
We ship with reliable courier services such as PostNL or DHL.  
Delivery usually takes place within:  
- Netherlands: 1-3 business days after shipping  
- Belgium: 2-5 business days after shipping  

International Shipping 
We currently only ship within the Netherlands and Belgium. For other countries, you can contact us via Service@roanross.com.

Delayed Delivery 
Although we strive for fast delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery times of external courier services. Have you not received anything after 7 business days? Then contact us via Service@roanross.com.

Incorrect Address Entered  
Roan Ross Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrectly entered address details. So please check your address carefully at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package has arrived damaged or products are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the package and contents.
